Savory Memories

Hello, this is Liz of lizziesworldofcrafting.blogspot.com.  Today I have a layout to show you.

Twice a year I attend a weekend retreat with a group of friends at a beautiful Inn in Vermont.  The name of the retreat is called Savory Memories...the food is so delicious which is the Savory Part of the name.  (Grr--I apologize in advance for the pictures my camera is acting up).

The window is cut from Spring Cottage at 4" (I added the strips of paper behind the window so there would be "curtains." 

The word Savory is cut from the From My Kitchen cartridge at 3" and the word Memories is cut is from Phrases cut at 3".  I used the Shadow feature on both words.  The butterfly is cut at 2" from cake basics (I think this is my favorite butterfly!)

 I wanted to add a bit of extra around the matted picture so I cut the fence from Spring Cottage at 4" and then cut it in half with scissors and surrounded the matted picture of the girls.
